I gave a 20-minute presentation, followed by a roughly 30-minute interview. The interview began late but was reasonably cordial. Overall, they seemed curiously obsessed with how up-to-date my knowledge of music was, and betrayed an overly industry-focused approach to teaching. I was also given a tour of the campus and facilities. Overall, it seemed pretty good, except for the fact that even as a Senior Lecturer I would've had to share an office with five other staff members.

Fair and efficient. Great people, very professional makes you feel relaxed. I think it is one of the best interviews I have had. I recommend to give it a try if you are looking for a job.
