They do not have a format for interviewing it is all off the cuff, they will take just about anybody naive candidates. They will ask you a few questions about customer service and leadership style. The interview is mostly to see if you will be able to handle the grueling demands of the job.

Are you willing to work any schedule any shift any day including Christmas, Easter and any other holidays, they are open 365 days a year (normal business hrs) which are mandatory for store managers.

I had two interviews and was offered the job. They asked basic questions, very easy. For the second interview, the district manager was late. Which worked in my favor, I would definitely recommend this company.

Interview
The Interview took place in the backroom. The district manager and I stood there while he asked me questions unrelated to the job. He proceeded to guide me around the store and show me how displeased he was with the stores performance and appearance. I filled out the forma l app and background. I waited three weeks and he called me to say they had been busy and were still in the process, but I was on the top of the list. He also told me that I was going to hear from the loss prevention supervisor for a phone interview. I waited 2 more weeks and called him. He assured me that the job was still available and that I was the prime candidate. 2 more weeks have gone by and I just saw the job posted back on the internet.
