Falcon Multi Services interview questions

Terrible time management and completely inconsiderate of a candidate's schedule!! I applied for a role, and I randomly got an email later in the day saying that I am scheduled for an interview the next day at a specified time in the afternoon. The email said that they would send a zoom link for the interview once I confirm. (I thought it was odd that they did not reach out to first check for my availability before you just automatically schedule an interview and give 24hr notice to confirm.) It wasn't the best time for me, but I worked my schedule around to be available. I confirmed that following morning that I would be available for the afternoon interview...RADIO SILENCE. No response, no follow up, no zoom link, nothing. A couple days go by and still never heard back so I followed up. I wasn't sure what happened, if the role was filled, or some mistake. They respond on Friday afternoon by sending me another email with an already scheduled interview for the following Monday morning (this time with the zoom link included) with the same message asking to confirm my ability for this interview. No apology or any acknowledgement of the lack of communication from last time. This time, I wasn't available for the interview time that they automatically re-scheduled, so I let them know and gave an alternative time window I would be free that day. They reply FRIDAY NIGHT (at 8 pm) saying that the interview time is fixed and their Managing Director has other work-related commitments, so the interview cannot be moved to another time that day. They said, "Thank you for your understanding" and proceed to request that I still confirm the original time that I told them I was not available! If they cared to actually accommodate, they could have provided some alternative days later in the week to possibly match our availability, but they seem set on you being submissive to whatever day and time they say. If that is just the interview process, I can imagine what it's like to actually work here. This was a poor experience, and I would not suggest applying to work here. I was already a bit skeptical based on their reviews, because they all seem somewhat manufactured. Most of the cons on the reviews say the exact phrase to the effect of "nothing negative to report. This is a great place to work". It's not worth your time. My experience with them was highly unprofessional and completely inconsiderate.
