Very, very unusual. After a typical screener I was told that the head of the company was adamant that she needed to meet me ASAP. At the beginning of the interview I sat down and was immediately asked “So, I haven’t seen your resume, can you tell me who you are again?” While everyone was friendly it was obvious after a number of disorganized interviews that this opportunity wasn’t going anywhere. They contacted a friend who I mentioned during one of my interviews, trying to get her in to interview for the exact same position. Not very classy.
