Fairly easy. A phone interview by a recruiter followed by an interview in the office. The in office interview itself was bizarre. The hiring manager didn’t introduce herself, then didn’t make eye contact when I left. The recruiter told me that the job they posted was copywriter, but the job title was actually content manager, so I walked ill-prepared.
