I thought the interview went well - after going through some practicalities, it was mainly focused on my motivation to join the company and whether I align with the values. But unfortunately I was ghosted after the interview and never heard back, which is unprofessional and a red flag overall.

Got a screening call after applying for a job through a website. The call was basic, I just got questions like 'what's your desired salary?' and questions about visa sponsorship. I got a feeling that hr wasn't interested in the process, like no questions about my experience, my application.
