Interview
I had two interviews - the first with a Project Engineer and Senior Engineer and the second with the Technical Director. Both interviews were fairly laid back and they just wanted to get an understanding of my background, what I knew about the company, why I was interested etc. Not too many technical questions but they did want to know what was covered in my Masters course.

Informal but professional. Applied with CV Cover Letter, received invitation for Interview. Interview lasted 1 hour with the Technical Manager of Department and a Firm Partner, there was a mixture of questions about career aspirations, interests, knowledge and getting to know me with a chance for me to ask questions too. Salary question was also asked so do your research. There were 2 technical questions which University fully prepared me for.

Detailed technical question asking what would need to be considered from an engineering point of view for designing and constructing (a) a bridge over a river in the mountains in a remote location (b) connecting road to the bridge between two remote towns

Interview
Hired through an agent. Arranged an interview for the next week. 10 mins interview. Asked to return for a second interview. The second interview was 10 mins. Call back was the next day.
