Fairfield City Council interview questions

Very good interview process and quick feedback turnaround. Hiring manager called me and asked some basic motivational questions over phone, and set up an interview date. On the day of interview I was asked 5 questions.

I waited 10-15 minutes before someone came and led me to the interview room. That already showed me that they lack professionalism. I thought the interview actually went well. They were friendly and relaxed. However, I didn't hear back for another two weeks and I emailed them twice asking when i'd hear back regarding a decision. The second time I emailed them that's when they sent the automated rejection email. The way they handled this process was just rude and incompetent. Wouldn't want to work with such people.
