It was very easy to answer questions that the hiring manager asked. You should focus on why you want to substitute teach and relevant experience. Iterative was about 30 minutes long.

really easy. there wasnt a process, i think everyone ywho applies gets accepted following a background check and meeting the min qualifications. overall it took about 3 weeks to hear back then schedule for orenataion and was able to sub right after
