The company is claiming to IPO soon and I feel like they are posting fake job postings to show that they are growing like crazy. Seems like they are hyping this company a bit too much and I personally don't see the big deal about their product. I was contacted by a recruiter. Didn't really want to interview because I interviewed previously and didn't like the company. I also know some people who work there and they said that WLB is bad. But after a lot of insistence from the recruiter I went for it anyway. Most interviewers really didn't have any idea what they were doing and got a very sketchy feeling that they were just using me to train them. One interviewer interjected me and made a wild claim about Python which completely threw me off. Got a rejection based on some nitpicky reason. Think I will short this company when it IPOs.

First interview with the recruiter was fine, he tested if i spoke fluent english but most of it was talking about past experiences in portuguese. Step 2 => Coding interview. Step 3 => Offsite => 2 coding interviews + one cultural fit
