The interview process seemed to be methodical, with a 1st round from which I did not advance. I learned about what was being sought and it wasn't quite the right fit.

The interview process is quite thorough including a writing sample and "quiz" for which applicants are compensated. You will speak with leadership, potential colleagues, as well as members of staff on other teams you're likely to work closely with, which is really valuable for getting a good overview of the organization from various perspectives.
