I was first given the wrong date for the initial interview and when FHCHC called to confirm the day before they thought it was scheduled, I had to remind them to look at their calendars. Ww subsequently rescheduled for the next week. I interviewed directly with the CEO and the interim compliance officer. The interim compliance officer was pleasant and asked great questions. The CEO was gruff and did not have a positive attitude. She would ask questions like "I've interviewed some great candidates, why should I give you this job?" When she couldn't answer a simple question about the mission of the organization, she deferred to the interim compliance officer who responded with grace. After the interview, I sent a customary email to them thanking them for their time and asking them to keep me updated with any decision they make. After two weeks, and against my better judgment I emailed them again to see if they made a decision. Today, almost 6 weeks later, I have not even had so much as a courtesy response.
