After passing 7 full interview rounds, receiving an official offer, accepting it, and even getting the draft contract, the company completely disappeared without any explanation.
They wasted more than four months of my life, time, energy, and career opportunities, while I rejected two other confirmed offers because of their promises.
This was not just unprofessional, it was irresponsible, disrespectful, and unethical.
They treated the whole process like a joke, leaving a candidate who trusted their word stranded and uncertain about his future.
Behind every candidate is a human being who is responsible for a family, not a disposable resource. Factor Eleven’s behaviour shows a complete lack of respect and accountability.

My interview process spanned approximately two months, starting with an initial HR screening, followed by a technical interview, a discussion with the VP, and finally, a panel interview with members from various teams. After nearly four weeks of silence, I received a generic rejection email through their HR platform, stating that they were proceeding with another candidate. The very next day, the same job posting was published again.
This experience was not only disappointing but also left me questioning their respect for candidates' time and effort.

Interview
The interview process involved First HR round. A 90 minute live coding plus system design round with staff engineer 30 minute discussion with Head of engineering Final offer discussion call Optional team intro call Overall the tech interviews were good and I really enjoyed discussions, they seemed very friendly and helpful. But the HR was very impatient and voided my offer just because I rescheduled optional team meeting by one day because of genuine reasons, also HR mentioned the reason for voiding as my lack of discipline even though I informed them in advance and they didn't care about my time invested in interviews and seemed to be quite rude, it might reflect culture of company even though tech folks seemed very knowledgeable and genuine but Overall It was a negative interview experience.
