FactSet Junior Interaction Designer interview questions

I was told that the position was hold at the point I applied, but she'd like to talk to me as a network connection. It was a recruiter interview so I just talked about my background. It was like she was filling up a application for me (I was interior referred so I didn't fill up the online applications). I'm actually an international student so I said I need sponsor in the future. She said they don't offer sponsor to interaction designers, so... the interview was done....
