Written test - Reasoning, Finance, Essay writing Technical interview - Personality, Past experience, Understanding of the role, Finance questions. Managerial round - No idea, didn't get through the technical interview
Cash flow Statement What are the activities in a cash flow statement? Name any two activities of operating activities? Can Amortization be a part of operating cash flows? Share repurchase falls under which activity?

Interview
The interview had 4 stages. Technical exam, HR interview, Technical Interview, Final Interview. Everything is manageable just listen to what your HR says. Review basic finance question and terminologies. For the final interview, it's most likely aptitude and how do you react on a situation.

JAM session (you will be asked to talk for a minute)
HR interview ( introduction, basic questions regarding finance, situational questions )
Technical round (1 Part is diffcult finance grill session. 2 part is phone simulation round)

Question 1
They directly asked about financial terms concepts, i felt like it was an elimination round not a technical round. I think they need a robot who has all the information about finance which is not possible. 8-10 are in the panel. One of a kind technical interview.

The designation said Q4 2025 I was interviewed on april, they want MBA freshers, never seen any experienced profile selected in this role. Overall interview was smooth. I got a overseas HR which makes its to reach them for any queries.
