I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FactSet (Norwalk, CT) in Aug 2010
Interview
I interviewed in the NY office then a video conference with the team. The initial interview (with HR) was painless. I had a 1v1 and panel interview (video conference) which were relatively easy; the majority of questions were behavioral. None of the questions tested my technical knowledge.
It took about 3 weeks to hear back from the team with the result, which really wasn't optimal.

Question 1
Tell me about a circumstance when you dealt with a team member who was under-performing.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FactSet (Youngstown, OH) in Dec 2014
Interview
I got called for an interview and came in the following week. Two people asked questions, while I sat across a table in a conference room and they wrote down everything I said. Don't wear high heels to an interview here. To get to the conference room, you have to walk through all of the current employees working in an extremely quiet office, on wood floors. Everyone looks up and stares at you. It's very awkward.
