I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FUJIFILM
Interview
Day long multiple round robin style interviews. I was then told I had to do another half day worth of interviews for people within the company that couldn’t make the last round. First and last time. Two days of PTO wasted. A third interview was scheduled but I ended up accepting a position at another company (same title, similar pay, better benefits after three 20 minute interviews). If 20 people from different departments need to provide input for a mid-management role, then it’s not the position for me.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at FUJIFILM
Interview
Spoke with 5 different people, only to never get any feedback. Had to follow up multiple times to be told I was rejected during process. I'm fine with that, a touch of communication from the recruiting team would be nce.
