Was approx a 2 hour interview, done conversation style with two senior employees. Were very knowledgeable and well versed, and initial interview went very well. I was sent there by a recruiter, but not given much direction into what they were hiring from other than a generic job role and the company name. I learned a lot about the company when I got there and through the process of interviewing. I thought it went well, but was told two weeks later that they decided not to move forward as I was too "junior" for the position they wanted to fill.
