This review is for the pre interview process which is done digitally. It was relatively simple for me to access and basically it is a combination of questions, yes and no as well as recording a question that is timed. No bad. I was more nervous than I needed to be.

The one question that I found hard to quantitate was how good was my skill set at certain computer programs with next question asking for an elaboration on that.

Phone interview with a recruiter first. Then passed on to a second video which was zoom (during peak covid) with the supervisor from FSA and the government clients that the assignment was with

A recruiter will begin with a phone screening, and once selected you will interview with the position’s supervisor. The interview has multiple behavioral type questions and are very basic, the interview process was relatively straightforward and simple.

Interview
There were a few different steps which included a telephone interview, then video interview which a question would pop up and you had a limited time to answer, then I had 1 more interview with a panel before being offered the position.
