Recruiter scheduled an interview. I received a personality test via email, where I described how others perceived me and how I perceived myself using adjectives. The Initial 1:1 interview with the team lead was basically "tell me about yourself and experiences" and then lots of tough tech questions. Second interview was more laid back and I met several members of the team. Seemed like a driven company that is focused on results...which is a good thing.
