Very lengthy interview process as far as time goes. Had an initial phone interview and then waited weeks to hear back. Then I had an in person interview and waited another week and a half to hear that they promoted internally. Seemed like more of a formality interview. They called back offering a different position for thousands of dollars less than I make now and told me I would hear back about a matching offer within a day or two.  Never heard back, very poor professionalism, I wouldn't recommend.
