Interview
The interviewing stage is long and thorough. It's a series of one-on-one interviews over a month or two, followed by a seminar. However, everyone is very kind and overall it appears to be a good work atmosphere.

They asked personal questions about the candidate. If you make it to the final stage, they are more interested in getting to know you as a person and how you'll fit onto the team.
