Interview of 3 rounds. The first 2 are online, one with a recruiter, the other with the hiring manager, standard get-to-know-you discussions. The 3rd is in Frankfurt in 3 parts: two separate with HR and technical management, both behavioral-type questions, the latter had some technical as well, mostly about safety and industry-specific topics. They are friendly and help you through (but it's obviously not a freebie). The third part is a presentation about a chosen topic. Mine was a hypothetical situation in which I am visiting a client and have to report about my findings in their facility concerning flood risks and eventual improvements. They want to test your communication skills, how you would talk to management and whether you are presentable. You have 45 mins and a few brochures to prepare for this.
