Interview
There was one 20 min interview during a job fair hosted by my law school. It was quick, virtual (Covid-19), and relaxed. It was easy to talk to the interviewers.

How does your experience relate to the externship?
The interview was very smooth. They asked some technical questions as the position requires. However since the interview was just for an externship, the main skills they were looking for was legal research and analysis. Overall they were very welcoming.
