Interview
I interviewed with 2 managers. The process was easy and I was contacted within 2 weeks of applying. It was a pretty easy interview, mostly behavioral questions. Make sure to be prepared, STAR method would be very helpful.
There was only one interview, but there were three people in the room, the director, associate director, and examination manager. There was a good grilling on how I would handle certain situation. It is very behavioral based process.
