FINCA International interview questions

The interview process felt quite one-sided and uncomfortable. From the beginning, I had the impression that the HR team had already made up their mind about not moving forward with my application. Their tone and body language came across as dismissive, and rather than being an open conversation, it felt more like I was being interrogated. I didn’t feel genuinely considered as a candidate, and the pressure throughout the interview made it hard to have a fair exchange. Overall, it was a discouraging experience that left me feeling undervalued.

It was a fast process and a no nonsense approach. My resume was reviewed and my knowledge of the company as well. I was sent an email through my university account I am assuming because I am pursuing a minor in Finance.
