Interview
4 rounds of interview. Written test was conducted which included questions on Quant and coding. Some subjective questions were also there. One of them was technical which included puzzles and little coding based. Next one was mostly based on the answers written on the written test and a guesstimate. Next was HR and finally a telephonic interview.

Interview
The process lasted one day. 2 technical rounds and one HR round. Overall it was easy. Basic problem solving questions were asked along with a few basic data structures and a few concepts of SQL and operating system.

I have attended an interview with FICO for Java position with 4+ years of experience.
I had 6 rounds of interview.
1. Technical F2F 1st (with an SSE who was having 7+ years of experience)
2. Technical F2F 2nd (with Team Lead)
3. Technical F2F 3rd (with Principal Consultant)
4. Techno Managerial round (with Director)
5. Managerial round (with Senior VP)
6. HR Round
Technically they were looking for a person who got in depth knowledge on UI as well as Server Side programming. Complexity level of technical round got increased as the round goes. One has to be very good in technical to clear an interview with FICO as they were asking more scenario based questions in each technical round.

Major concentration was on Java concepts, basic java coding and Database concepts(simple sql statements, joins). Emphasis on Interface usage and abstract class usage, overriding and overloading. There was 1-2 rounds and then a HR round. I cleared in 1 round.
