Behavioral questions mainly - specific questions regarding the RUP process and writing product requirements.

Proceso estructurado.

Question 1
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FICO
Interview
Went through initial call with recruiter and following that was scheduled for interview with hiring manager. Calls were scheduled almost back to back as recruiter insisted that they were looking to fill the role quickly. The interview itself wasn't bad, although I could tell there was a specific kind of experience the hiring manager wanted that I didn't have. No issue with that. What I do have an issue with is being ghosted. I know so many companies do it but it honestly shows what kind of culture exists in the company, and a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy on the part of the recruiter. An automated/canned rejection email would have sufficed. It's been months and I still haven't officially got a rejection email.
