FHLBank Chicago Rotational Analyst Program interview questions

Initial phone screen where they ask basic questions (what are your strengths and weaknesses) (what you know about the company) (Why do you want to work here). Then there is a 3.5 hour interview with 8 different managers. It was exhausting. They ask basic questions. They haven't gotten back to me in about 3 weeks so I'm assuming I didn't get the role.
