FHLB New York Policy, Strategy and Analytics Associate interview questions

The last interviewer logged onto the zoom interview late, never read my resume and only asked financial questions that had nothing to do with the position I applied for. He then proceeded to question my resume by telling me that he was going to have his IT team reach to me and test my excel skills. He also spoke the whole time, either giving a history lesson of the company or trying to come up with financial scenarios for me to answer, that had nothing to do with the position I applied for.
