The Initial shortlisting,
Online behavioral, analytical assessment test
Interview with the dept head or it can be a pannel interview depending upon your discipline.
Mechanical questions were asked. Experience related to internships. The interview was not very difficult. Basic questions related to mechanical engineering subjects like heat transfer, fluid mechanics etc were asked. Basic knowhow of materials, turbo machinery were also asked.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FFBL (Lahore)
Interview
After clearing the test, on the same day, we were invited for the interview in Lahore. I was giving interview for the position of Instrument and Control engineer. The interviewer was a manager of that department. He asked me basic questions regarding electronics, asking about op-amps, RLC circuits, The interview was purely technical.
