Interview
Zuerst wird man gebrieft was an dem Tag passieren wird. Der Tag fand in Form eines Assessment Centers mit anderen Leuten statt. (Erfahrung Pre-Covid) An dem Tag sollte man einen Intelligenztest, eine Präsentation und zuletzt ein 30 minütiges Gespräch führen mit 2 Mitarbeitern. Der Test bewertet die logische Denkfähigkeit und dauerte 45 Minuten. Gezeigt wurden Bilderreihenfolgen mit mehreren Antwortmöglichkeiten, woraus man die passende Antwort auswählen musste. Für die Präsentation wurde einem über eine halbe Vorbereitungszeit gegeben, dann musste man eine 5-10 minütige Präsentation zum Thema halten. Zuletzt gab es ein Gespräch mit, wo die typischen Fragen gestellt worden.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
