A relatively straightforward interview process, typical interview questions were asked such as your history, knowledge of the company, why you want to work for FDM and in your chosen sector.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FDM Group (Leeds, England) in Sept 2020
Interview
I had 3 different interviews and a psychometric test at the beginning. The overall process wasn't difficult but lengthy. It took them quite some time to get back to me to tell me if I had been given an offer or not.

Interview
Very friendly and to the point. The recruiters are extremely helpful. I was told that enthusiasm, motivation and confidence are much more important than software skills since they train these anyway. The onboarding process is really friendly, the training is well-structured with great trainers who will go over things with you privately until you get it - you really feel like they are on your team.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They have a list of about 7 core qualities, and they expect your answers about yourself to involve some of them. Confidence, enthusiasm and coming across as a nice and respectable person score more points than technical answers.
consisted of a telephone interview, video interview and assessment centre- all were as expected. The assessment centre consisted of 4 short interviews of 5 questions each and 2 tests. Average difficulty as long as you know the area you want to go into and about the company etc.
