Interview
Interview process is made of several parts. Part 1 is a personality screening, to determine if you're a good person. Part 2 is a pre-recoded video interview with simple and typical interview questions as well as an aptitude test to determine your technical abilities. If you pass part 2, you then interview with someone else in real time.

The first interview was a phone interview asking about my background and project I have done. Then I was provided with information regarding the training, relocation opportunities, and the pay during the 2 year period.
