Received an email from their own recruiter after watching my profile on LinkedIn. It was a initial interview before the test. We agreed on the time of the interview. He called on time. The interview was a normal one, asking questions from my resume and in general. Guy was very friendly and patient. Not yet appeared for the test yet.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
