Interview
Sent off cv, then had a phone interview which was more of a general chat about FDM and the recruitment process.
Next came an automated video interview which was quite a bit harder but then again I don't enjoy video interviews.
Despite that I got through to the next round which is an assessment centre. This consisted of a half hour GCSE maths test, an hour Venn diagram and set notation test, an hour aptitude test, followed by three 5 min interviews.

Overall, the interview was mostly based on behavioral questions, nothing special. They also provided some interview tips which is really helpful.
