Interview
Brief phone interview about yourself, once you have completed that there is an online video assessment where you have to answer a variety of questions. If successful this leads to an invitation to an assessment day. On the day there is an aptitude test, basic maths and venn diagrams before going onto three quick interviews. Very good process, FDM were very informative throughout and really gave you an idea what the company was about.
It is a four stage process first is a phone interview, a video interview, some psychometric tests that you do online attached to the video interview link and then the final stage is an assessment centre.
The interview process was extensive but overall a good test of my skills to see if I could handle the job. It was 3/4 individual interviews and aptitude tests for Maths & English.

Question 1
An example of one was "Tell me a time when you had to work to a deadline"
Psychometric tests, video interview, face to face interview. Not difficult. Some sections are long and require concentration. That's to get in to FDM. Once you're in, you have to do the same to get in with clients.
