In May, she called me again, I had arranged an phone interview time. The questions are provided below. After the phone interview, receiving the result in a hour saying I passed it and I was invited to an assessment centre on 8th June. It was quite easy but I had some personal things needed to handle at that time, I did not make it well. Only one interview with a person from China, HK or Singapore. The interview was really simple lasting for 10-15 minutes as well. After the assessment day, they emailed me I have passed which surprised me a lot. Some hints for people who are applying ASPA, the interview question would be quite different from those people applying in UK, they are very easy HR questions. Focusing more on IT attitude test, this one is the most difficult part, as long as you practice, it is easy as well.
