Written test>Technical round>HR round>Factory manager round
The written test was for about 30 mins comprising of basic aptitude(Commercial maths, Logical reasoning). Next was a technical round (where HR was also there but didn't ask any question) and questions were like different methods of hardening a metal and all.

Basic manufacturing process and mechanical related questions.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FCPL in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview process was brief, but I was asked about hours availability, my community service/volunteer work, and my ability to work with others. I was also asked about certain characteristics I would describe myself with, and how I would make a great addition to the team. The interview was effective, but fair.
