FCDO Services interview questions

Civil Service interviews are structured around Success Profiles. It is essential to identify which of the five elements (e.g. Ability, Technical, Behaviours, Strengths and Experiences) you are being examine on. Your answers should follow the S.T.A.R. format (Situation, Task, Action, Result).

First interview and second interview, there is a panel of 3 judges and they will put questions about situations where you have demonstrated x or y ability. They will also ask about your backgound, your studies, which are your weaknesses and stregths, it will all be conducted in english.
