FCBDD interview questions

There were 2 interviews as well as a background check. Basic interview questions, What brought you into this field?, What tools do you have that can make you an asset to this company?, What is something that has happened in a past work experience that you have gained tools for working with us?

Received phone call months after application was submitted to see if I was still interested. Initially interviewed by two staff persons, then followed up by interview by 2 senior managers. Referral was then made to HR, allowing for 1:1 with HR manager and completion of employment documents and taking ID photo.
