Couple of phone interviews and in person interview with staffing agency. 2 interviews, 4 people at FB International. Not concerned with what I could bring to the table, but a reason to pay me less. Wants great workers for pennies. They seem to have a problem retaining workers and seem desperate. Side note: References were checked to find reason to pay me less.
