Interview
The process consisted on two online interviews. In the first session I talked with the hiring analysts and they screened my experience and confirmed some information from my resume. For the second interview I had to prepare a 15 to 20 min presentation on an Agile topic of my choice (in English), then I had to intervene in three different practical situations to demonstrate my knowledge and abilities as Agile Coach.

The stakeholder asks for your help to decide which team would be the best to a new project assignment based on the teams' performance. Would average delivered Story Points per Sprint be used as a metric to decide which team would get the assignment?

Interview
The hiring and interview process was perfect since the beginning, no pressure and all was made when it was possible.
First interview was to introduce me as person and professional I could also made questions about my doubts and concerns and the second one was more practical according to the vacancy to which I applied.
