I was told to come in with my resume on a Monday from 10AM-2PM. I met with the manager and he ran through the duties and what he expects from those hired...pretty laid back.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at F&F Clothing (Sandhurst, Hampshire, South East England, England) in May 2015
Interview
Briefly asked personal questions i.e hobbies. Interviewer seemed polite but not extremely comfortable to be around. Shown around shop floor, employees seemed nice, friendly. Then left with women who would show me an hours worth of work on the fitting rooms. Showing you are instantly comfortable is a bonus.
