Eze Software Leadership Development Program (Boston) interview questions

I submitted my interview online and was contacted by HR a few days later. First was a phone call by HR to go over the position and your resume. Next is a skype interview with 2 members of the team you are interviewing with (GCTS,Connectivity,or QA). They asked me questions about my previous experience why eze, why fin tech, was I happy with my GPA, how I heard about the position, best and worst teams I've been a part of. Unlike other reviewers I did not get any brain teasers. 3rd round interview in Boston meet with 4 directors for about 30 min each. They asked almost the same questions as they did in the skype interview. They went over the 12 questions you have to answer online before the previous skype interview. The only exception was they ask you why they should hire you over everyone else they interview. Again no brain teasers
