I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at EyeControl (Tel Aviv) in Oct 2022
Interview
very nice people. small office, not very fancy. seemed that the company is rather small. the interview was held outside the office in a shared co-working space. when I was confused with the questions they helped my a little.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EyeControl (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Oct 2021
Interview
Brief phone conversation and then a frontal interview at the office.
I was mostly in touch with the HR Manager, who made sure right from the beginning that I receive a full explanation and an impressive info package, with details about the company and the product, outlining what I can expect from the interview process.
Coming into the office for the interview, everyone was genuinely nice and welcoming, and the entire process was very pleasant and transparent, with updates all along the way.
The interview was not easy, but professional, respectful and in good spirit. I could feel that they were interested to get to know me as a person, and not just talk about my credentials and skills.
I was also asked about my aspirations, things that are important to me in a work environment, company culture and values.
The product is incredible, and getting to see the product first hand, I could understand the team's drive and excitement about it. Best of luck!
