Applied via a recruiter firm, I was required to complete online test that were mostly accounting related. The interviewing process comprised of two separate interviews with 2-2 professionals, numerous situational questions were asked. All in all, the application process took 4-5 weeks.

The interview process was smooth but technical. They will go into details of your knowledge in accounting and finance. The questions start out easy, increase in difficulty as the interview progresses.

Entrevista con HR. Luego entrevista con gente del área de Accounting en la que preguntaban algunas experiencias pasadas sobre algún proceso de mejora implementado, alguna situación bajo estrés y cómo se manejó. Luego pasan a preguntas sobre el puesto haciendo énfasis en contabilidad. Preguntas sencillas sobre cuentas contables.
