First, telephone mini interview, then English language online test, then personal meeting with English Oral test and finally ExxonMobil basic accounting test questionnaire. 2, ExxonMobil recruiting department got in touch with me and asked to fill out a numerical reasoning test (20 questions in 20 minutes) 3, Personal interviews (ideally 2 rounds-if not succeed in the 1st round then 2nd one will not take place): -1st round: behavioural based interview taking for 1 hour with 2 people from Finance department -2nd round: same method with another 2 people from the same department
