Interview
First will be an unofficial phone call, and they will call you once you passed the phone call and the interview is a half day face to face with three interviewer which mostly they have a hr template to ask the candidate. Most question are more asking on behavioural type. You just have to answer based on STAR and link it with experience

Interview
There were 2 interviews, one virtual and one physical. The virtual interview was very informal and I just discussed about my past experiences. The physical interview had behavioural and technical parts. One advice for the behavioural questions to answer it with the STAR method and provide a very specific example. The more specific the better. The technical questions were not as difficult as expected. You can take a pause to think about it and just answer the best you can.

Interview
1 behavioral and 1 techenical interview. Interview process took about 2 hours in total and there was a pre-interview call with HR before the actual interview.
Behavioral questions were typical tell me a time where... and technical questions revolved around operations of a CSTR.
