Interview
Face to face, 2 interviewers, technical section followed by standard competency questions. Company knowledge important, challenging technical section. General knowledge about refinery's business model is good to know, focus on long-term goals and desires.
Respectful. Simple behavioral interview with expectation of answering questions in STAR format. Interviewer seemed interested and was calm and inquisitive throughout the process. Been a week and haven't heard any sort of follow-up, though.

Tell me about your smartest or most unique idea that worked out.
Exercise was organized by dragnet. Registration process started at stated time. It Progressed till the identity and bio-data verification point. We had brief time to relax and wait for the batches ahead to conclude, before mine. Was seamless and well proctored.
